Victor helped us search nearly the entire state, weed out communities with unacceptable schools for our kids, and find houses that matched our needs and desires specifically. When it came time to submit offers and negotiate he helped us understand how to strengthen our offers. If not for his guidance, patience and knowledge we probably wouldn't have been able to get any offers accepted during such a competitive "sellers" market as the spring '22 was. Ultimately we now live in a beautiful home that we love that's in a great neighborhood in a great community.
