Buying our first home should have been incredibly stressful and a little frustrating but Victor Pina was an incredible person to work with. Victor took the time to always understand what we were looking for, what we didn't like, what we did like, and anything in between so that from day 1 to the end he was always completely focused on our needs. While I'm sure he had tons of other people to focus on at the same time, we never felt as though he was distracted or otherwise too busy for our questions or needs. The level of communication Victor provides should be commended. You can call or text him at any time of the day and he either will answer right then, or call back in a few minutes. No other professional person we have ever dealt with has provided such a wonderful level of communication. Overall, every characteristic Victor has is perfect for dealing with people going through the stressful process of buying a house. He keeps you at ease with a light hearted demeanor, but not too much where you are worried he is unfocused. You know he knows his stuff and trust that he is looking out for you.
