The first time we met at the residence, Vic was very positive about the aspects of selling the home in a timely manner. He quickly talked about the selling points of the house and the minor things that could be done that could be done to appeal to prospective buyers. When we met at the office to sign the contract, he explained each section to me and answered every question I had without rushing through the process. When I asked for his opinion or feedback on prospective offers, I felt the advice he gave was in my best interest and the decision I made was ultimately my choice. Vic was professional, communicated with me in a timely manner, and always available for any concerns I may have had. I would highly recommend Vic to close friends because of his professionalism, knowledge of the real estate business, and caring and listening attitude. At closing, Vic walked through the doors at the title company, introduced himself to all parties, was professionally dressed, and professional in his explanations of the closing documents.
