Buyer reviewVictoria was ALWAYS available for questions, day or night, she answered questions and if she didn't know she found a way to get the answers to questions. She helped us find a home in Killeen, TX in 2019, then helped us sell that same home in 2021 and turned around and helped us buy another home in Godley, TX. So we have been a loyal customer/fan. We recommend her to our family and our friends and neighbors and if she can help them she will! If I need to buy or sell in the future, guess who I'm calling...Victoria Dwyer!! You CANNOT go wrong with this chick, she is AMAZING!!!

Seller reviewVictoria is by far the best realtor we have dealt with ever. She is thorough, she knew exactly how much to list the house for, she is excellent at communication, excellent at reading us and knowing what we wanted to do, she went well above and beyond the duties of the job description. She sold our house like she was selling for her own family, not someone that is a client. We used her to help us buy the house we sold and hands down it was no question we would use her to sell it. As a matter of fact we wouldn't even use another realtor to help us buy our forever home and waited to look at the new build, which we could have looked without her but wanted her expertise and guidance and all of her knowledge to help us make the best decision in buying the forever home! Victoria helped us buy the house we were selling so we knew that she would be the perfect person to help us sell it. No other choice as far as we were concerned. At the current time Victoria is helping us buy our forever home. There were some difficult decisions to be made and still difficult decisions to make along the way until the house is built and ready to move in, she is always available and always willing to answer any questions and give any guidance we have.

Seller reviewVictoria went out of her way to assist us when we were trying to move and sell our house at the same time. She was always in contact, even when we needed to take a trip across the country to our new home. When we forgot to do a few things, she was there no problem. This was the first home we have ever sold and Victoria was great at putting our mind at ease by explaining everything in a way we could understand. I only wish she was available for us buying a home too!

We initially had a different agent and asked to switch because he was never available and Victoria made sure to make herself available when we needed which one the end helped us close on the house we really wanted.
