Buyer reviewThe best thing I did was listen to Victoria's advice. She was the one who suggested adding our new house to a small list of houses that we went to look at. The pictures of the house didn't really wow me, but she knew I loved to bake and this house has a spectacular dream kitchen with the perfect floor plan and such a gorgeous property! She strategically had us look at the houses we picked out first and I was sadly disappointed with each of them, then as we drove into view of our new house the first time we knew we had found our new home!! She was so right; we could not be happier with our amazing new home and I still can't believe we live here!

Seller reviewVictoria was extremely professional and a key reason our house sold as fast as it did. She was the one who suggested that another realtor bring his client by our house to just check it out and he ended up putting an offer in right away! There were a few hiccups with he sale of our house but it was because Covid and the quarantine hit literally in the middle of our sale. That dragged on for a while, but Victoria was on top of everything! Without her help we may still be waiting to close, she was wonderful with communication between myself/the buyer/buyers realtor/buyers attorney and kept that ball rolling! Hands down the best experiences with Victoria. Any time I had any question she either knew the answer or found out for me right away! Victoria took what I felt was a scary/stressful situation and made the experience so much easier, pleasant, and manageable!!

Buyer reviewVictoria was absolutely amazing! We had a really rough time with our mortgage company as well as the worth the seller getting things done. It became quite frustrating at times. Victoria helped us through each and every problem, answered our many questions and made herself available for us to talk to whenever we needed her. She went above and beyond for us. She's highly recommended by us and will tell everyone we know looking to buy our sell about her. We can't thank her enough for all she did.

Once we agreed to go with her suggested price the house sold almost immediately. We are very pleased with Victoria as our agent she Is very knowledgeable and has also found us the Home we live in now and we will continue to recommend her to friends and family.
