Seller reviewBefore putting our home on the market, Violet Ferro was honest with us and made several recommendations (e.g. front landscaping tips, installing better light bulbs, etc.) to attract more buyers. Additionally, Violet and her husband spent several hours working with us to stage our home. This teamwork approach, combined with her marketing strategy worked very well. We were delighted to receive the news that we sold our home in one week for more than the asking price! Overall, with her numerous years of experience, Violet Ferro is knowledgeable about the market, a strong negotiator, great communicator and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. She is very knowledgeable and will lead you through the entire process to make sure that you're satisfied with the end result. Violet gave us tips on how to present the house for showings and was willing to do anything to help. She did a wonderful job locating properties to view that had the features and location that we were interested in. I appreciate the fact that she pointed out issues in some of these potential homes that we would not have been aware of. Violet will look out for your best interests. She was always available to answer questions. She even called us to make sure that everything was going ok and ask if we had any questions or concerns on several occasions. There is a lot of paperwork associated with both selling and buying a home and she made sure that we understood what we were signing and that everything was done on a timely basis. We were extremely happy with how everything was handled. I couldn't have asked for a better agent.

Her knowledge, professionalism, and commitment is immeasurable - We do not feel we can thank her enough for everything she did. Our loan was through FHA and Violet knows the strict guidelines they require for an appraisal and ensured the sellers made necessary updates to the home so that we would pass the appraisal without issue. We really cannot say enough good things about her truly, hands down best realtor around! She dedicated so much time to us, we felt like her only client although we know we weren't. We would recommend her to anyone!
