We had a buyer for our home and needed Virginia to complete the sale and handle the closing. We worked with Virginia when we sold and bought our last home. There was no question that we would use her to help with the sale of this home. Our latest purchase was out of state, that is the only reason Virginia was not involved with buying our new home.
