Seller reviewWe were stunned by how quickly Vivian sold our home. We were so impressed with her marketing strategy when we first met that we committed to her on the spot. She had an amazing understanding of our area and the market and our house was priced to sell and did so right away. Her strategy was dead on and she saved us so much money in carrying costs. She was very supportive with her communication. We communicated primarily by email (my preference) and she was quick to respond and always very considerate. When we hit a snag due to roofing damage that occurred after we had left the state Vivian was able to hire us a roofer and get everything fixed right away so that we could keep our closing date.
