He was willing to take us out to look at properties on a visit before we were ready to move, so we had a better idea of where we wanted look. When we decided to sell our home in California he kept in touch and began searching for houses for us. When our house sold he began looking for house for us and had us sending him listings did when we arrived in Missouri we began looking at houses immediately. When we found a place he kept us informed every step of the way and addressed all our questions and concerns. Wade made our whole experience so positive and easy which was important since we had moved from our of state a pretty stressful time. I would recommend him to anyone looking at buying or selling a property. We cannot thank him enough, we are so happy in our new home.

Buyer reviewI have always felt that real estate agents are like used car salesmen. They are only focused on moving their property listings and getting their commission. With Wade Covington, this couldn't be further from the truth. Wade concentrated on what mattered most to my family. He consistently refocused my attention to what would work best for my family. This included telling me why certain properties would work for my needs and why others would not. He was my Jiminy Cricket. My wife could not make it to town to view a property I really like. Wade and his wife took the time to make a 20 minute walking video tour of the property for my wife to view. Truly above and beyond. Because it worked out best for me, he even scheduled the closing on the day of his child's wedding. Going forward, I don't just feel like I have an agent at the lake, I believe I have new friends.
