Wade's input and feedback throughout the process ensured there were no surprises and everything went smoothly, leaving us free to plan for our future. Selling two homes in a Covid-19 environment while prepping for a military move and completing a whole home renovation is a daunting endeavor made manageable by Wade and his staff. We were truly blessed to have him working with us and will miss him and the Waynesville area due to our experiences.

He told us factual and hard truths concerning selling our house. He used facts and statistical data to help us understand the current market in our area and, he advised us that it was our decision to price our house by using that information. Once we decided on a price we discussed several other important factors. Wade walked through our house with us and provided feedback on a realtors view of the structure and its value. His feedback helped us to understand what we needed to do to sell our home. His teamwork with his wife Jessica was very impressive and helped us to get many things done quickly and efficiently when selling the house. Wade kept us informed and up to date throughout the whole process. The greatest thing he provided during a very difficult and emotional process was being calm and honest about our endeavor.
