I had been watching Wade's properties on the market and saw he was getting the job done, because of this I knew I needed him as my agent! He was up front and honest with us about our property and the price. He recommended several different list prices and told us what the time line was for each. This is very helpful because we wanted our house sold in a timely manor without giving it away or asking far too much. Wade was able to sell our property within a timely manor while others had not. We used Wade Stover to sell our home a couple of years ago. We had previously had it on the market for nearly a year with another company. With no success we had decided to take it off the market. We even tried for sale by owner websites. We had almost decided to stay where we were, when some property came available. This property was exactly what we were looking for and we had even looked at it before. We weren't in a position to purchase without selling our home first. I told my wife I know I guy who everyone says he can sell snow cones to Eskimos! She said who is it, I said Wade Stover, give him a call! Within a week of our initial sit-down Wade had a contract on house! Part 2 the second sale was an estate sale and a little more complicated. My mother had passed away with no will. This left what could have been an emotional mess between my sister and I. Wade was very patient and understanding with both of us. He once again got the job done for us! One thing that sticks out to me..... Wade and I were at my mother's home discussing the plans of the sale. It was emotional and I broke down. This guy gets up from where he's sitting, walks over and hugs me. He just cried with me knowing I was broken, it broke him as well. Folks honestly you won't find a better realtor in the business.
