Buyer reviewI work out of Nashville so am only home after the shows are over on the weekend even with that in mind he show me the house the same day offered to show me others but I was set on this one so I made a offer that day the next week I wanted one more look inside again he call and we looked again ever time I called he answered are call me back same day and he was all business but in a way that makes me feel like I was talking to a good friend thank you wade for your help and advice

Seller reviewMy New York Life handed me a problem with my sister needing help in Tennessee. Her house needed selling and I had no time for complications. I needed a realtor that was known to have the drive to get things done. Wade Stover was recommended by a local businessman without a second thought. His exact words were "you want your house sold; call Wade." I had only eight days at the house to get it emptied, cleaned, repaired and fixed up for sale. Wade guided me through it all with recommendations for help and business people to supply my needs. He suggested things to improve the chances for a fast sale. He was "selling" the house before it was ready for sale. During the entire process Wade never let me hang without knowledge of what was happening. Seller reviewI would like to say thank you to Wade Stover and the Century 21 team. I have been an acquaintance of Wade for several years, so I have heard the rumors that he could sell anything. We had driven by the office several times only to see the sign which read, this month's top salesperson "Wade Stover". At times we might see him on social media being honoured for his success. We had heard the gossip at the beauty shops and the supermarket, and after trying another firm and for sale by owner without success. We made a decision to give Wade a try, all jokes aside he had a contract on our house in 5 days. After 2 years of trying to sell, he's amazing give him a try you'll see!
