Buyer reviewI have known Wade for many years and he has represented me before. Besides being the most personable person around, he is also one of the most professional. Could not have been more professional and understanding of our needs. A full board of "EXCELLENT" marks says it all. He is EXCELLENT, period! Do to unusual circumstances, we needed a place we could close on within seven days. Wade knew our needs and not only found the perfect place which was vacant, but got everyone together on the same page and we had a successful closing in that seven day period. Way to go Wade!

Buyer reviewI never fill out surveys, but Wade has done a fantastic Job for me over the last few years and has earned my respect and appreciation,Excellent job by Wade. Have not had much communication with Staff but I'm sure they are doing a good job.Wade has stuck with me through at least 8 transactions and many more that never came together. Even during the times that we continued to try to make investments with no outcome over and over again he stuck with it. Century 21 is lucky to have such a great agent.
