He was able to explain the real estate process very clearly in a way we could understand. he is always easy to get ahold of and quick to answer questions and there where a lot of questions. When we got near the end of the process he would call and answer our questions before we could ask them. Walter was on top of everything. He got information to the to everyone involved be for they asked for it. He dealt with everyone for us. It was great! We would have no problem recommending him to anyone we know because we know he'll take care of them.
