It was a pleasure to work with Wanda Bolden on the sale of our beloved cabin. She was very professional and explained things in clear language. From the first time she came out to the cabin and sent us a full color brochure of the cabin (walking through deep snow to take photos of the outside!) to show us how she would market it, we knew we chose the right person to help us. Every text, e-mail and phone call was answered quickly and we had great confidence in her replies. From day 1 to the closing, everything was smooth sailing!
