Wanda is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and has been licensed in real estate for more than 32 years. Less than three percent of REALTORS® have completed the advanced training and completed the transaction requirements needed to earn the CRS Designation. She also holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University with concentrations in management, facility layout, design and architecture. She provides specialized real estate services in St. Mary's, Calvert, Charles, Prince George's and Anne Arundel counties. In her spare time, Wanda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, listening to music, sports, volunteering in local non-profit organizations, and church ministries. During our introductory discussion re: my plans for the sale of my home/rental property , Wanda listened and then provided sound advise on the next steps that I should take. In dealings with other brokers, it was left up to me to determine my next step. This is why I selected Wanda as my Agent. Wanda handled all the twists and turns regarding the sale of my first and original forever home. She established the purchase process for my tenants & then putting the house on the market after that purchase fell through. Her experience helped me determine the repairs necessary to get the best price for my home. Her knowledge of my neighborhood - I.e. the limited number of ramblers on the market - helped me determine the best listing price. Wanda addressed these and other questions in a timely and professional manner, providing me guidance through the 'next steps' so that I knew where to focus my energies while she handled the sale. So YES! , I would recommend Wanda White to anyone looking to sell their property.
