I was referred to Mr. Wayne by my Aunts. They spoke nothing but good things about him. At the time, I was desperate to sale my house due to unforeseen circumstances. I called Mr. Wayne and within a hour he had already emailed me three different quotes for my home, info on other sales in my area and had formulated a plan of attack and how we were going to get this home sold. Shortly within that week, Mr. Wayne met with my family member due to me living out of state, he walked the home, was very detailed in what needed to be addressed right away and what could wait. Regardless we went right to work to get everything fixed. Mr. Wayne even helped us find contractors, set up appointments and even negotiated deals with the contractors on my behalf. His actions showed that not only did he care about his profession but he cared even more about his clients. Some of the things he did went above and beyond what a realtor should do and he did it with no problem. That speaks volume on what type of man he is. When I was frustrated with the process or the buyers, Mr. Wayne always found a way to bring me back to reality and explain the process and options and the next steps we could take. He carried the load and made the process less stressful. Selling a home from a sellers perspective is not easy, especially when you live out of state, however, I could not have imagined going through this process with any other realtor other than Mr. Wayne. I would recommend him a million times over.
