Wen was very knowledgable and helpful during the entire process. She was always available and very flexible when my schedule was not. Wen especially helped during the final escrow process, ensuring I understood the paperwork.

She is very accommodating, easy to deal with, confident of what she's doing and, very understanding person, since day 1 that we started our transaction with her until we were able to move to our new home. Also she's very resourceful and, she goes out of her way just to help her client by all means. If we decide to acquire another home in the future, we won't hesitate to take her as our broker again.

We were under a time constraint and moving across the country. Wen did a great job handling our needs, concerns and questions through out the sales process. We were able to begin escrow before leaving to move across the country and Wen was helpful all the way down to suggesting someone to handle the yard care. She went above and beyond taking our trash cans to the curb and back behind the gate, since we had left the state. She answered all our questions in a timely manner and kept us informed throughout escrow. We trusted her with the sale of our home under stressful conditions and she was able to give us piece of mind leaving our home before the close of escrow. Everything went well. The only doubt we had was lowering the price of our house 10k after only a week. That seemed like a big price drop after such a short period of time. We felt we were priced competitively for the area, price per sq ft, what we were including and our home amenities. Three days after the price reduction we had an offer that ended up being the buyers of our home! Wen basically held our hands through the whole process, even though we were across the country!

Wen Fernandez has the ability to get the job done. I never doubted her. All I have for Wen is trust and confidence. I never looked back.
