Wen, helped us search for a home that would suit both our picky needs and price range. She was always very patient and accommodating. Not once did we feel like we wasn't her highest priority. We viewed dozens of homes during this period and we never felt pressured at all. She did not push us into homes nor did she push us away from homes. Instead she asked us how we felt about the home after each visit and let us come to our own decisions. If we were unsure, we asked her for her personal/professional opinion and only then would she influence our decision. As a first time home buyer we were wary and inexperienced about most of the process, but Wen was very honest and knowledgeable. Communication was easy with her through emails, text messages, and phone calls. When we finally found the perfect home she worked very fast to make sure we would land it at the price we wanted. She handled negotiating the entire deal very well and helped us coordinate all the other aspects of appraisals, inspections, and other services. When we encountered some bumps in the road she had no problem maneuvering around the situations to get us the house we wanted. She never appeared flustered or unable to cope with the difficult situations that arose. Overall, we were very pleased with Wen and very grateful of her service. She is very knowledge in the field and we highly recommend her as an agent.
