Not only did Wendy do a great selling our house but was able to find us our new home and get both closings to happen within days of each other so we were able to move straight from one house to a our new home.My Wife and I highly recommend Wendy to anyone.

We had an extremely difficult purchase with bad sellers and am even worse sellers agent. She stayed on top of all the details and is the only reason we made it to closing. She was attentive and always available even when I had moments of frustration. All around she was an amazing realtor and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a great professional realtor. Can't say it enough but Wendy was truly amazing through our whole purchase process and we will use her again when the times comes to sell. The purchase of our home was a very long year long process and very frustrating until we met Wendy. She was able to negotiate our home at an amazing price and we are walking into instant equity.
