Buyer reviewWendy Dusek was above and beyond what we could have hoped to find in a Relator. When buying a home you need someone to back you up 100% and be available to you for advice, guidance or even just an answer to a question and this is what she did for us. This was our first time buying a home and we were terrified. Wendy walked us through each step and we just knew Wendy was handeling business for us. We found the house we wanted, Wendy was able to show us the house that same night. We wanted to put in an offer and Wendy was actually out of town that next day but she made sure we were well taken care of and her assistant Kimberly. Wendy made sure for the next month everything was being done to make closing date and ready for us to move into our dream home. Finding the perfect Relator is very important because this is your future home where you will be spending your life in so you want to know you have a team behind you fighting for you and this is the Relator Wendy is. Seller reviewI felt that Wendy really knew the area and that she was very interested in our needs. She was great and easy to fall in love with. Our house sold to the first person that looked at it . We had a contract for the house in two days. A week later Wendy had found us another house and we purchased it.
