Seller reviewI was very impressed with Wendy Nash-Hickman the first time we met. She was very knowledgeable about the current real estate market in the area, she had researched my property and other properties for sale or recently sold in the area, and she had a marketing plan in mind. She listened to my concerns and was considerate in taking my input in developing a strategy fir selling the house. After listing the house she was very communicative and kept me well-informed. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.

Seller reviewMy sister and I needed to sell our parents' home in St. Petersburg FL. It needed some repairs, and we had neither the time nor expertise to manage that or do it ourselves. So we decided to sell it as-is. We had many solicitations to purchase by "flippers", and we talked to a few. Their offers seemed low-ball. We talked to Wendy, whom we'd received a mailing from. Initially, I thought of real estate brokers as marketing properties to buyers looking for move-in-ready homes. I thought involving a real estate broker would add additional selling expenses and not much more. I was wrong. Wendy came to visit me and my sister and to look over the house. She had a plan to market it to the right buyers, do it quickly, and get top dollar for it. She executed on all of these points. She got the home sold for substantially above asking price, and way way above what flippers offered. It sold two days after it listed, and we closed two weeks later. Wendy knows this market, and knows her stuff.

Seller reviewWendy Nash-Hickman reached out to my family when our property was going into the probate process. We are all out-of-state and were unfamiliar with the local market. Wendy navigated us through the marketing and selling of our property and obtained a higher sales price than what we understood was possible from our probate attorney who had over 30 years experience executing probates in the area. Had we listened to the recommendations from our attorney, the sales price would have been 42% less than the offer Wendy obtained. Wendy is extremely professional, honest, hard working, efficient, responsive and knowledgeable. You won't go wrong working with Wendy. I would use her again without hesitation.
