Buyer reviewI made the offer to buy before I left for Wake Island which is 2300 Miles further west than Hawaii. There isn't cell phone service on the island and the time is 16 hours ahead of St. Pete. Because of the limited available communications 98% of the communications between Wendy and me was by email. All of her emails were concise, understandable and professional. There was a hitch just before closing, entirely my fault, that Wendy handled with professionalism and humor. Without a doubt I will recommend Wendy to anyone looking to buy or sell in the greater St. Pete market. I have dealt with many Realtor's and Wendy is definitely in the top three!
