As I looked for a home, Wendy was available often at short notice to show me properties I was interested in. She found additional homes meeting my criteria. She provided information and context that were helpful in my evaluation. When I found the house I was interested in, she was again immediately available to put together an offer, and her knowledge was valuable in structuring an offer. After the offer was accepted Wendy's value showed even more. She was extremely organized and knowledgeable about what needed to happen when. She kept me informed, helped me stay on track with my commitments, and kept in touch with the sellers and bank giving me a great deal of comfort that everything was being taken care of. I was grateful to have someone as knowledgeable and professional as Wendy working with me at every step. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor in any capacity.

Wendy England went above and beyond her call of duty as a realtor. She made it a point we were 100% satisfied at all times. Her experience and knowledge as a realtor made our sale and purchase go as smooth and fast as it did. Wendy listed our house on a Friday night and by Saturday night we had 5 offers above our sales offerit. She did a fantastic job marketing our home the pictures and video were amazing! She was on top of everything at all times and several occasions made sure the buyers were on top of their process as well. She found our dream home! We can't thank her enough!
