She provided information and context that were helpful in my evaluation. When I found the house I was interested in, she was again immediately available to put together an offer, and her knowledge was valuable in structuring an offer. After the offer was accepted Wendy's value showed even more. She was extremely organized and knowledgeable about what needed to happen when. She kept me informed, helped me stay on track with my commitments, and kept in touch with the sellers and bank giving me a great deal of comfort that everything was being taken care of. Wendy listed our house on a Friday night and by Saturday night we had 5 offers above our sales offerit. She did a fantastic job marketing our home the pictures and video were amazing!
