She goes above and beyond to satisfy her clients and make their dream of owning a home a reality. We answered all of the above questions with excellent not because she is our daughter-in-law but because she truly puts her heart and soul into this job she has chosen with passion. After experiencing Wendy in action on weekend and holidays dealing with clients as her in-laws we to found out firsthand that her caring was not just because of us being her in-laws but because of compassion for the job. In all honesty it is unfair to compare the time of this sale with the housing market. We were well satisfied with the time due to the planning of moving into our new home. We only had to move once and that was a great help. When we were in a panic with questions and answers Wendy was there to professionally help us through the process and put things in prospective. We truly appreciate all Wendy has done to make this transition possible.

Buyer reviewI'm not sure where to even start. We are a military family due to transfer from Michigan to Louisiana. We knew we were leaving, but didn't know where we were going until about 30 days before we arrived in Louisiana for our one week of "house hunting leave". One week to learn an unfamiliar area, find a house, and hopefully be under contract before we return home. Cue Wendy. We chose Wendy from a list of recommended realtors through our bank because of her emphasis on working with military families and she surpassed any and all expectations. Within a day of choosing her, she called us and wanted to know all the details of what we wanted in our dream home and began generating a list of houses for us. She FaceTimed us for viewing before our arrival and cleared her schedule for us when we arrived in town. She filled our first two days in town with tons of viewings, by day 3 we had an offer in, and by day 5 our inspection was complete with the report in hand. She negotiated radical things for us and got them! The seller paid our closing costs, pest inspection, requested repairs, a home warranty, and came down on the price (the house wasn't overpriced and it passed inspection with flying colors)--we couldn't believe it. We closed on the house a few weeks before we move. Even after closing, Wendy continues to help us. She stopped by to check the thermostats for us, arranged lawn care, the house to be cleaned, plumbing maintenance, and some electrical work we wanted done. Her attention to detail, work ethic, genuine kindness, knowledge and expertise are unmatched. Truly, above and beyond. Wendy was such a blessing to our family, she helped us feel confident and well-informed managing the obstacles we were dealing with, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are so grateful for her and cannot recommend her enough.
