Buyer reviewI contacted Wendy because she was the listing agent on another property we were interested in. That home was under contract and we started searching for other properties with her. We did not live in the area and depended on her knowledge of the area. We told her what we were looking for and found a great home extremely close to another family member (son, daughter-in-law and new grand baby). She goes above and beyond to satisfy her clients and make their dream of owning a home a reality. We answered all of the above questions with excellent not because she is our daughter-in-law but because she truly puts her heart and soul into this job she has chosen with passion. After experiencing Wendy in action on weekend and holidays dealing with clients as her in-laws we to found out firsthand that her caring was not just because of us being her in-laws but because of compassion for the job. In all honesty it is unfair to compare the time of this sale with the housing market. We were well satisfied with the time due to the planning of moving into our new home. We only had to move once and that was a great help. When we were in a panic with questions and answers Wendy was there to professionally help us through the process and put things in prospective. We truly appreciate all Wendy has done to make this transition possible.
