My testimony for Wendy Englande is that unfortunately, I purchased a home that will be my lifelong residence and I won't get the opportunity to work with her more often. However, I will definitely recommend and refer Wendy to anyone I know that is in need of real estate assistance. There is no one that knows and cares more. Mrs. Wendy is the absolute best! I will only buy/sell with her as my realtor. She goes above and beyond and answers all questions. Very helpful for first time home buyers! Wendy was the broker for one of family members. They literally could not sing her praises enough so that's all we needed to know. And the were 100% correct- Wendy will not stop until the deal the closed! Wendy went out of her way to make sure each detail was attended to. She would text us back at 7am in the morning and 9pm at night! It is obvious she absolutely loves her job and she is excels at it! Wendy was excellent in every aspect of her job. My husband and I could not believe how seamless it was to purchase our home in under a month's time. Her attention to detail was incredible. Would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone!!
