She was never too busy to answer questions and explain things to me. She protected me as a buyer, and dealt with all of the hard stuff...all I had to do was pack for my dream home WHICH SHE FOUND AND I BOUGHT! I could go on forever. She is an EXCELLENT realtor and everyone loved dealing with her, especially me! Her communication was impeccable. She picked up on the first ring on most occassions. And I know she's super busy, she has to be b/c she's a great agent, but she never made us feel that way. We had all of her time and attention. Everything she said would happen, did happen. And usually faster than expected. Wendy handled all of the negotiations and, in this crazy market, it required a tremendous amount of savvy that I don't have. She knew how to negotiate a truly fair deal. I felt like the market craziness was set-up to only benefit the sellers, and that was the case in many of the homes we looked at and decided against. Wendy found the PERFECT home and negotiated with everyone so we all felt good about the final outcome. Our family and friends who met Wendy through our purchase absolutely love her. She's got our business for life!
