Wendy did things that she didn't have to do, like take the garbage cans in, unlock doors for maintenance people etc. Wendy did everything. Wendy made the whole process extremely easy. Wendy is full of energy and is a very hard worker. We chose her because we knew she would do everything that it takes to get our house sold. I have dealt with lazy incompetent agents before, and Wendy is the opposite. We knew Wendy would get our house sold and for the price we wanted. We couldn't be more pleased!
