Buyer reviewMy sense is that homes in the country have special issues. These include things like whether out buildings have permits and are up to local code, the status of wells, easements and issues with neighbors, and what the exact address might be. For city houses these things can often be assumed, but in the country people just do what they want. As an out-of-state buyer I needed help navigating the county records to determine these sorts of things. I also needed some physical help with gathering keys and safely locking the house for storage. Wendy and her husband went out of their way (literally) to do the research and manage these things...
