As soon as Wendy took the listing, professional pictures were done and the sale took on another dimension. She had several potential buyers and was working with other agents immediately. Feedback was immediate (which it wasn't before) and communication was outstanding. Wendy had a buyer for us within the first few months of taking over the listing. When we, in our 80's, suddenly had to leave our Wickenburg house of 14 years and move to Surprise for medical reasons, we faced the daunting task of hurriedly getting the house ready to sell, as well as finding a new home and making the move. Wendy's experience, know-how, positive outlook, unflappable demeanor, and generous help right from our first meeting enabled us to successfully prep the house for sale, set a realistic price, and make the move. She was right about everything! The old house sold for our asking price the second day it was listed on line. While we were in the throes and confusion of settling into the new place more than an hour away, she took care of every detail in Wickenburg, kept us continually informed by phone and email, and the escrow closed quickly with no problems. What a relief! She is the best!
