It is hard to say we "worked" with Will because he made the process so easy and seamless for us. Purchasing from out of town, he made seeing the properties we wanted to easy and walked us through each step. There were a few small hiccups in the process but we weren't even aware until after the transaction closed because Will took care of them for us. I would absolutely work with Will again!

Will was truly exceptional. We first connected on-line and were instantly impressed with his professionalism and candid feedback on properties we found on various websites. We were purchasing a home from out of area and his advice and knowledge of the local market was invaluable to us. He was always available to answer questions and his responsiveness was incredible. The delivery of the information was always honest and straightforward. At each step in the buying process, Will went out of his way to make sure every detail was taken care of--from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with the property. Will makes you feel like you are his number one priority and always had our best interests in mind. He was kind, prompt and made the homebuying process simple. It was a bit daunting purchasing a home in a city we were not that familiar with. We never could have pulled this off without Will's expertise. I'm not sure how you can ever have a better agent!

Will was very approachable and keen to understand our needs. He's an excellent communicator. He stayed engaged with us throughout the searching/buying process and was very timely with communication and arranging viewings for us. Further, he was very patient as we work through exactly what we wanted and what kind of compromises we were willing to make. Highly recommend his services and we would gladly use him again. I would recommend Will to ANYONE buying or selling as he puts 100% into working with you and for you to make your real estate transaction as smooth and easy as they come. He has a team of professionals to cover all aspects of your transaction (inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc.) who offer superior service. Can't recommend this guy enough!

Will listened and quickly zeroed in on what we were looking for within the first weekend of showings. His follow through is second to none. And most important is the integrity he demonstrated when our first choice came back on the market after we were in process of making an offer on a home that was $50,000 more that that one, and he brought it to our attention. He put our interst and eneds above the money, as we never would have known the first choice had resurfaced. That was a class move.

Will did a great job helping me locate the perfect home for me. I live in Missouri and was unable to do much of the negotiating and other aspects of the sale myself, and he was invaluable. He was always available and very quick to help me get through the process and in the home I wanted. I appreciate his kindness and small town, friendly personality. I come from a very rural area, and I wanted that same feel in Montana. I think Will was able to help me get the perfect home for me.
