Xu Johnson was recommended by a friend. She is very smart, nice and took into account all the details/criteria that we were looking for. She always dress professionally, was courteous, and on time. She is very smart and has great extensive background in finance, and was able to help me understand the whole money aspect of buying a house. She also realizes that we are not out to show anyone or beat anyone, but we are looking for property that suits my family. Not the Jones, or anyone else. She is also very knowledgeable about contracts, and the whole entire buying a house process. I really really appreciated her guidance and knowledge that she was willing to share with me. Larry came along with Xu a few times. Each time, he was courteous, friendly, and patient and professional. I appreciated his advice, and his guidance.

Xu Johnson was outstanding from the very start! She walked me through every step up the buying process, and what's more important, she took her time to ensure that I understood the process fully. That was important to me as a first time home buyer, having someone who truly had my best interest at heart and didn't try to rush me to make decisions. I felt good about the decisions I made and Xu was a big part of that. She is very knowledgeable of the housing market and has a good understanding of the people she's diligently working alongside, while making every attempt to help them achieve their dreams of home ownership.
