I found dealing with attorneys and contracts on line, was very difficult and frustrating for me. It would have been so much easier for me to be in person to go over the contract and closing. Yana was very understanding of this and very sensitive to my concerns. She made herself available to me and was very thorough explaining the contract, language, and procedures to me. I was very apprehensive about selling my condo. Yana was very friendly and easy to work with. She was very patient with me and put me at ease. I found her to be very trustworthy and I always felt that she had my best interest in mind. I found her to be a pleasure to work with.
