Buyer reviewI would highly recommend Yana to anyone looking for Myrtle Beach property. She had a great understanding of what we were looking for. It only took us one day to find the perfect condo for our retirement needs. We cannot say enough great things about our experience. She made everything so easy and kept in constant contact with us. We will most likely be calling on her in the future if we decide to purchase another property.

She knows the condo market very well and I found her advice and suggestions to be right on target. She is not overly aggressive in dealing with clients and was always ready to address my concerns. If I had a question that she could not answer, she followed up on it immediately and contacted me quickly with the information. Buyer reviewYana, was very accommodating and punctual as to my wife's and my scheduling requirements while we traveled back and forth from WV to SC. This is necessary when making reservation, home & away plans, etc. We think she helped make the best use of the time we had to make a decision. Yana also did a good job with the preclose punch list/walkthru requirements/ inspection, as we could not travel at that time. Also, Yana made arrangements for us to access the unit after the close by obtaining all keys, GD opener, etc., from closing agent and met us on site at our request to provide to us.
