We have worked Yolanda before to rent another rental which rented in less than five days. This time when we approached Yolanda we were renting the home we lived in because we had a new home built. Since it was new construction we moved the availability of the rental 4 times. Yolanda never became upset although she had found us an tenant initially within the same week. Our new house was not available for four months before the original date we had given Yolanda. She never lost focus of the end goal which was to rent the house once we were able to move out. She did just that in 3 days of the house actually being available. She is so competent, and adaptable of your situation.
