Yolanda communicates well, pays attention to every detail and is diligent when she follows up. I spoke with her almost every day throughout the process. She also knows a lot about the local vendors and lenders and maintains good relationships with them, which is also helpful. Lastly, she is a spiritual woman, gave us faith and confidence when one deal didn't go through to continue perservering to find our dream home, which we eventually did, thanks to her!
