Efficiency and expediency are of most importance in any real estate transaction especially to investors. Both are usually hard to find, especially in an unprecedented pandemic economic climate. Our company anticipating a potential erratic market, Mrs. Muñoz presented 3 offers within 2-3 days of acquiring the listing. As requested by Home Sweet Home Solutions, LLC she was on sight. She met with the appraiser, the inspector, showed the property, and personally hired an extremely well qualified transaction coordinator. Listed for one week the property sold $20,000 above market asking. Throughout the next 30 days (when escrow closed - delays no fault of hers, Home Sweet Home, LLC used a preferred escrow company) we were able to communicate with her directly and receive prompt concise responses within hours most times within minutes. Hindsight is 20/20 now recalling communication she initiated most conversations until the deal was done. A true professional worth every penny. I recommend her to anyone, especially investors. Realtors/Brokers like her deserve every dollar of their commission.

I really can't say enough good and positive things about Yolanda and the customer service she provided. I previously worked with another agent, also with Century 21 and although he was diligent and spent many hours showing me homes, we just werent successful in our search. I spoke with my lender who then referred Yolanda. I am so happy that I received her referral. Yolanda's approach to finding homes was quite the opposite and welcomed!
