I simply was looking on line for available housing in the Phoenix area and knew of C21 as a national company so I added the C21 app. That was on a Sunday. A short time later that day I received a response from Yvonne Pascoe and that was the beginning of a great working relationship. I just want to say that I was not able to see the property first hand but I mentioned it to Yvonne and she quickly went into action. She went to the property, took some video and some pictures and sent them to me. She even mentioned some things about the property that were a little off putting so that I would have a clear picture of what I was in store for. Because of her video and pictures and feedback I decided to go through with it. She was helpful from the beginning to the end. I hope she knows how much her help was appreciated. Cannot wait to work with her again in the near future!
