Seller reviewWe had a couple of issues with the buyers because they were buying our house contingent that theirs sold. Zach was very helpful in negotiating closing dates with the buyers based on our needs. He worked closely with the buyer's realtor when we made a counteroffer resulting in us getting the price we wanted for closing as well. Zach was always available and thorough for the many questions we had seeing as this was the first house we have sold. We appreciated his knowledge of the current market and how he valued our home. I would definitely recommend Zach for first time sellers and buyers. He had previously assisted us with buying our home 3 years prior and we were very satisfied with his explanation on the process.

Very caring to our needs and guided us throughout the process from start to finish. Zachary understood our needs and concerns. Zachary knew most of the land owners where we went and looked at property because he sees them around town. I would highly recommend Zachary Adkisson and Century 21 Randal Morris and Associates to anyone buying land or house in the Wimberley area. If we had not have used the knowledge of Zachary during this process, we would have been lost and probably not been able to purchase such a nice piece of property.

He is extremely knowledgable about the Wimberley area, and walked us through every step in the process. Zach was able to negotiate with the seller to fix several items in the home before we moved in, and he even negotiated the purchase of a new roof by the seller before closing. I can't say enough about Zach's professionalism, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase in the Wimberley area.

Buyer reviewI went to look at a home for sale with Zach and down the street was a "coming soon" sign at another house. Zach contacted the realtor and we were able to look at the house that same day. Before the house was even listed we were able to submit an offer and in days we were under contract! It was great not having to deal with a multiple offer situation and move forward quickly! Zach did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!
