This is my first time buying a house so the biggest thing was someone that was patient and willing to help me through the process, without a sense of pressure or aggression. The process was explained to me in a simple and understandable way for a first time buyer. Even outside of real estate, Zach Puckett is probably the most pleasant person I've worked with. Helping me with the process and getting some final touches with contractors before i move down. Communication was clear and consistent. Through the entire process. It is also nice to work with a fellow Veteran.

I was looking at a house about 1.5 years ago on Redfish(?) and Zach's information popped up and he contacted me. I came to SC to check things out and Zach had lunch with me and we had a wonderful conversation. I was very impressed with his personality! He is a very outgoing person and truly wants to help you in any way he can. He understood my wants and wishes and over the next year and a half sent many possibilities to me until the right one clicked. He was so patient and didn't try to push something on to me. He is very in tune with the real estate business and knows so much about it that it made me feel very confident in the work he was doing for me. He is also a really good person. Would do anything for you if you needed him to do that. I just feel very comfortable asking him non-real estate questions and he is very honest and genuine. He knows a lot about the area and can help you with just about anything. I regard Zach very highly. Zach is very conscientious and meticulous. He is on top of every detail. Nothing gets by him. I am completely secure having him as an agent. He is about the nicest and most competent person I have ever dealt with in my life. I'm sure he has never met a stranger. I feel I could trust Zach with anything...he's just a good guy! I'm glad I had Zach as my agent. Not sure I would have bought if I had any other agent. We just hit it off and are fast friends

It took a year for me to find a house but Zach was with me every step of the way. He never gave up!

Zach Puckett did a good job with my purchase. I really felt like he did truly care about my needs and how important the move was for me and my family. He was patient and communicative and tried to put my mind at ease whenever possible. I would definitely use Zach again and certainly recommend him to others. He was fun to work with and made a stressful situation easier to deal with. Thanks Zach for all of your help!
