Seller reviewEric, from our first meeting, assured me he was a full service realtor and would do everything possible to make the sale of my home as stress free for me as possible, would explain every detail to my understanding and handle every detail. I cannot begin to share how true all of this was. I trusted him implicitly, felt completely comfortable with each step of the process and knew without question that I was in the best hands. We ran in to a big bump, yet things went as smoothly as possible. I acquired Covid and had to be hospitalized for 2 weeks. The closing was to have taken place during the time I was hospitalized. Eric handled this with such calmness and, in doing so, made me feel less stress about the situation. Thank you Eric! Eric is a fantastic realtor whom I highly recommend! I highly recommend Eric! He was more than willing to go the extra mile if it helped us. Examples of this would be talking to the neighbors of a home we were considering and asking them neighborhood-specific questions on our behalf. He also did extra work to provide details and information to potential buyers of our home. He went out of his way to help us get our home ready for a last minute showing. We knew we could always count on him.
