Seller reviewAli made the process of selling my home easy and painless. First he helped me determine a fair asking price which allowed me got me a quick sale. I did not have to keep my house clean for weeks on end allowing dozens of showings. I was able to sell my house in the first week and get on with my life. An added bonus was that I had multiple offers at or near my asking price so I ended up getting more than I expected. He was also very helpful every step of the way, making inspection appointments and picking up the COE for me so that I did not have to do anything. He even attended the closing and handled the all of the paperwork.
