Buyer reviewGary was more of an angel than a realtor. My wife is 21 and I am 25 and Gary helped us through the process of buying our first house. Closing on this house was no cake walk for Gary. He had a few situations where seller did not do repairs etc etc, then on the flip side he had to deal with my my wife and I who are sleep deprived new parents and I can honestly say without Gary Angstadt I think we may have had a full blown anxiety attack. Gary knows how to keep a real estate transaction low stress, fun, exciting, and gives great advice along the way. Give him a call and find out for yourself!

Seller reviewGary has the reputation in the Village of be *the* best agent. Even with that reputation, he exceeded our expectations. We interviewed Gary, plus two or three other Real Estate Agents. Gary's demeanor was the best of all, by far. He was professional, and confident, yet he did not "bully" the conversation as other agents tended to. He was clearly trying to serve us well.

I never worried for one moment that Gary wouldn't represent us well, even though he also represented the sellers. No one walks that fine line of limited agency better than Gary. And the process is always a smooth one when Gary is involved. The new TRID rules can make any transaction a challenge these days, but Gary understands those rules as they affect the seller, the buyer, their lender, and the title company. From first showing thru inspection, appraisal, and closing, Gary conveys the epitome of professionalism. My wife and I highly recommend Gary Angstadt for any of your realtor needs!!!
