When it was time to make an offer he was very knowledgeable of what the prices should be. Scott was amazing regarding communication at all times. Very clear and timely responses. He has excellent references as well, that made the purchasing process very easy. If i am to ever buy/sell again, i will absolutely go with Scott. I will also be sure recommend him to anyone else i know that would want to buy/sell.
