Gary Angstadt had sold a property near ours when we started the process of looking for an agent with which to list, and the fact that his was a name I knew from living in Zionsville and had heard a lot of good things about made us select him from four other candidates 10/10 Stars across the board for Gary for the level of service he provided. We first listed with him in the Spring of 2017, but when no offers came in we signed a one year lease with purchase option with a family that had been renting elsewhere in Zionsville.
