She showed us only homes within our desired area and within our price range. Her knowlege was incredible with regard to local builders, the way homes are built in this area, maintenace needs for homes, etc. The most remarkable characteristic about Ann Weaver is she listens and takes the details from your conversations and puts them into action by finding you the perfect home for you and your family.
