Due to several unforseen circumstances we have been looking for a home for a total of about six years off and on. Ann has been there for us all six years, every year we would get her mail correspondence desiring a home for our family. This year after all of the years of preparation, failure and planning, it happened! We sold our home and bought a new one and I believe that we would not have trusted or had a better experience with anyone but Ann. Thank you!

Ann knows her stuff. We've used her for the sale of two homes and both times, after doing what she suggested, our homes sold QUICK! She walked us through the rest of the process and even followed up with us after the sale to make sure everything had been finalized.

LeAnne was the reason I went with Century 21, she was one of the first people I met after moving to Dallas last November. We met at Grit Fitness and just by chance, my boyfriend and I were interested in purchasing a condo and she, I found out, was a realtor. I hadn't even thought of looking for a broker, our future purchase wasn't even on my radar. Meeting LeAnne was a complete coincidence and we ended up becoming fast friends. It wasn't until several months later that we actually started house hunting and by then I wouldn't have considered giving my business to anyone else. Being able to work with a friend, someone who I knew would be completely honest with me and who I enjoyed spending time with, made the whole process a lot more fun. As a first time home buyer, this whole process was unknown and I felt comfortable asking what I needed to know, even those silly questions because of who I was working with. Condos were new to LeAnne as well, so if she happened to not know something, she would find out. We looked at so many condos and made 5 offers before finding our new home and that was frustrating, exhausting, and a bit discouraging at times, but during that whole process, LeAnne was positive, patient, and always willing to show us more properties. When our fifth and final offer was accepted, the whole process went quick. We made our offer on a Friday and we ended up rescinding it prior to spending a weekend out of town thinking we would have to go back to the drawing board again. When we returned we found out LeAnne and the other agent had been talking on and off the whole weekend, working out some concerns, and the seller wanted to accept our offer after all. LeAnne went above and beyond every step of the way, even showing us condos in the pouring down rain! I couldn't imagine what our home buying experience would have been like if we hadn't worked with LeAnne. I learned a lot and had so much fun throughout the whole process.
