Ann is constantly available, exceptionally well-organized, and her communication is fantastic. She has tremendous in-depth knowledge and experience. At closing, I honestly believe Ann was the most knowledgeable person in the room, more so than the attorneys and the closing agent. On top of all this, Ann is a real person, down-to-earth, with fantastic people skills, and the ability to read others. I've never met anybody like her. She's simply the best.
