Buyer reviewWe talked to Ann a year ago about maybe selling our house. She told what we would need to do to get house ready. For various reasons, we decided not to sell then. A few months ago Ann contacted us to tell us she had a potential buyer. She asked if she show the house. We said ok and she brought the buyer over. He made an offer and we agreed. This is a good example of Ann's understanding her clients needs. She recognized the buyers need and remembered our house might meet that need. She then helped find the perfect house for us.
