I would both use Ann Weaver's services again and recommend her to Close acquaintances needing to either purchase or sell a Residence. She was highly professional in my House sale and made a Highly detailed transaction simple and easy to understand. She made suggestions and explained the process of what she would do and followed up on all of them to a satisfactory conclusion. All my phone calls/E-mails and Texts were timely responded, with Clarity, respect, and professionalism.

It is always a pleasure to work with LeAnne. This was our third time working with her and this time she did most of the front end work with my husband. He would make lists every day and text her more houses to go look at. She was very patient and showed him so many houses. I was very appreciative! Looking for a rental property is definitely different than looking for a forever house and it is a very fast moving market. LeAnne kept her schedule fairly open and let us know when she would be unavailable. The communication was excellent. Once we put in an offer and it was accepted, it wasn't completely smooth sailing and LeAnne did a great job guiding us through each step. She consulted with Ann as needed and helped us negotiate some repairs and reduction in closing costs into the contract. Once that was accepted, we thought we were good to go, but when the appraisal came back lower than the offer we put in, LeAnne was there, again, to guide us on our next steps. It is that moment where you don't want to walk away because you have come so far, but don't know how the seller will react, and she helped us immensely. We were able to come to an agreement on a reduction in the overall price and not have to give up the original requests in the contract. It was the best outcome we could imagine. This was a different experience than our other two purchases and we were so lucky to have LeAnne with us through it all. She answered all our calls, let us talk through what we wanted and what we needed to close on this house. Patient, Kind, Excellent Negotiator, Resource, Guide, Friend - so many good words to describe LeAnne. We cannot wait to work with her again!

We talked to Ann a year ago about maybe selling our house. She told what we would need to do to get house ready. For various reasons, we decided not to sell then. A few months ago Ann contacted us to tell us she had a potential buyer. She asked if she show the house. We said ok and she brought the buyer over. He made an offer and we agreed. This is a good example of Ann's understanding her clients needs. She recognized the buyers need and remembered our house might meet that need. She then helped find the perfect house for us.

2 1/2 years ago we met with three agents; we liked Ann the best and planned to go with her whenever we decided to actually sell. She called recently to see if we were ready. After meeting with her recently, we decided to go through with it. Her local knowledge and professionalism is what meant the most to us during the process & we're glad we did it.

She made sure to keep us in the loop every step of the way so that we weren't blindsided and knew what to expect as the process carried on.
